KEVIN CAN WAIT: SEASON ONE Releasing On DVD In September

Kevin James is back! Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has announced the home video release for KEVIN CAN WAIT: SEASON ONE, all 24 episodes of the hit CBS sitcom releasing on DVD in September. Head inside for the details!

(July 25, 2017) – Kevin James returns to series television, serving up loads of laughs in KEVIN CAN WAIT: SEASON ONE arriving on DVD September 5 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Kevin Gable (Kevin James) is in early retirement from the police force but quickly learns that his family’s needs don’t leave a lot of time for Mets games and hanging with his buddies.  However, with the companionship of good friends and the love of his family, Kevin is determined to make the most out of the next chapter of his life. Catch up on CBS’s new hit comedy before Season 2 premieres this fall! KEVIN CAN WAIT: SEASON ONE contains all 24 episodes on three discs as well as a laugh-out-loud gag reel.

KEVIN CAN WAIT: SEASON ONE stars Kevin James (TV’s “The King of Queens”) with Erinn Hayes (TV’s “Childrens Hospital”), Taylor Spreitler (TV’s “Casual”), Ryan Cartwright (TV’s “Bones”), Gary Valentine (TV’s “The King of Queens”), Lenny Venito (TV’s “The Neighbors”), Leonard Earl Howze (Barbershop), James DiGiacomo (TV’s “K.C. Undercover”) and Mary-Charles Jones (TV’s “Hannah Montana”). Kevin James also executive produces along with Jeff Sussman (TV’s “The King of Queens”), Bruce Helford (TV’s “The Drew Carey Show”), Rob Long (TV’s “Cheers”), Rock Reuben (TV’s “The King of Queens”), Andy Fickman (Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2), Tony Sheehan (TV’s “The King of Queens”), and Steve Mosko. Synopsis: 

Kevin Gable (Kevin James) is a Long Island cop who retires at 45, looking forward to day-drinking with his buddies, going to Mets games, and finally having some “me-time.” He quickly learns, however, that his family’s needs don’t leave a lot of “me-time” after all. His 14-year old daughter Sara (Mary-Charles Jones) and 10-year old son Jack (James DiGiacomo) are having issues at school and 20-year old Kendra (Taylor Spreitler) is expected home soon on a visit from college – with a few surprises of her own. To supplement his pension, Kevin’s wife Donna (Erinn Hayes), a school nurse, wants to rent out their converted garage apartment which turns into quite a complicated competition for occupancy. Whether it’s at Kevin’s retirement party or just making plans with his fellow retiree buddies, Kevin realizes that life at home will not be as carefree as he had hoped. But with the companionship of good friends and the love of his family, Kevin will make the most out of the next chapter of his life.
