Hey gang! I’ve received my December Geek Fuel Monthly Mystery Box and I wanted to share my thoughts and some pics with all of you. First of all, what is Geek Fuel? This is a monthly mystery subscription service that comes in a cool box full of pop culture themed merchandise. Each box contains 5-6 items. December’s Geek Fuel themes include Star Wars: The Force Awakens, The Simpsons and more!

Witness the unboxing!

The December Geek Fuel Monthly Mystery Box includes the nice oversized lobby card that shows you everything that you’ll be getting inside the box. There’s images and descriptions of each item included inside the box. There was also a cool opportunity for subscribers to win tix to Star Wars: The Force Awakens this month!

This month’s issue of the Geek Fuel mag #11 covers all kinds of geeky pop culture news. The December issue features a new Stormtrooper from Star Wars: The Force Awakens on the cover which hits theaters worldwide on Friday, December 18th. The mag also takes a look back at all of the Star Wars movies plus directions on how to make your very own chocolate Death Star. P.S. the Death Star mold is included inside this box! There’s also a gift guide, video game and subscriber spotlights, plus a look at the rest of the merchandise inside the box.

‘Tis the season for wrapping paper and Geek Fuel has thrown in this cool 8-bit retro gift wrap that is sure to make that neato present even more of an awesome gift. There’s three colors to choose from. I’m guessing this is a $5.00 value.

This one is for the gamers out there. There’s two downloadable games included this month. Devil Bluff and Bloo Kid 2.  These two are a $19.00 value.

Geek Fuel threw in a greeting card and I think it’s freaking cool. I see R2-D2 and the Geek Fuel mascot doing its best BB-8 impression. This card is going by my Christmas tree pronto. The card is unique and priceless as far as I’m concerned!

Speaking of BB-8. This giant Star Wars eraser was included inside the box this month. I’m guessing this would be a $1.00 value. Like what you see so far? Subscribe HERE and when you do, you get a bonus mystery item!

To celebrate the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Geek Fuel threw in this Liquid Sabers Candy. You can have your own mini lightsaber duel and when you’re finished, you can drink them. I’m guessing this would be a $1.00 value.

Okay, this is cool! This Star Wars Death Star Mold was included this month. Make your own Death Star out of whatever, or you can use the directions inside the mag and make one out of CHOCOLATE! This is a $10.00 value.

Fans of The Simpsons are going to dig this! I’ve been working with Insight Editions for several years now and this month included The Vault of Simpsonology Series.  Subscribers either got Bart or Homer inside their December box. I got Homer Simpson’s Book of Laziness. This book includes all kinds of cool popups, info and so much more. Nobody does it like Insight Editions and Geek Fuel! This is a $24.99 value.

It’s The Dark Knightmare Before Christmas! Check out this cool t-shirt that is a mashup of A Nightmare Before Christmas and The Dark Knight. The dark grey t-shirt is thick cotton Gildan and the screen printing looks really cool up close. These tees would probably cost between $15.00-$25.00 somewhere else (like the mall or Hot Topic) so this is a really good deal and also my favorite part about this subscription box. When you subscribe, you simply let Geek Fuel know what size shirt you wear – it’s that easy! Subscribe HERE so you can get cool tees like these plus a bonus mystery item.

As you can see this subscription service is really cool and it’s always a lot of fun opening up and going through everything. This December Geek Fuel Monthly Mystery Box included $76.00-$86.00 worth of neato merchandise. A monthly Geek Fuel subscription only costs $17.90 + $6.00 shipping. Right now Geek Fuel ships to the US, Canada and the UK via USPS. They also offer a 3 month, 6 month and 12 month subscription deal that cuts down on your cost.

Bottom line is, Geek Fuel is something fun for nerds and geeks of all ages all around the world. The box is made of durable cardboard and I always like the way everything is packaged with care. There’s even cool Geek Fuel wrapping paper. December was really a lot of fun unboxing!

Also, if you use this link geekfuel.com/alienbee to subscribe, you get a bonus mystery item. Keep your eyes peeled every month because we’re always teasing what Geek Fuel has in store next for their subscribers!
